At Greywell Nutrition, I am dedicated to providing tailored nutrition solutions to help you achieve your health goals. My focus is on empowering individuals to make sustainable lifestyle changes through evidence-based practices and ongoing support for a healthier and happier life.
I specialize in supporting individuals across a wide range of metabolic and cardiovascular health needs, including diabetes, pre-diabetes, and gestational diabetes, as well as PCOS and women’s health. My expertise also extends to GLP-1 therapies, heart health, and managing high cholesterol, with a strong focus on building sustainable, healthy lifestyle habits that support long-term well-being.

Getting Started
Reach out via contact form, email, or phone to setup an initial intake session. We will discuss insurance coverage and eligibility or cash pay options. Sessions will be held through telehealth, with in-person options available locally.
Insurance or Cash Pay Options
I accept BCBS PPO, UHC, Aetna, or Cigna. Many plans offer nutrition therapy at little to no copay. I also have cash-pay options if you do not have a qualifying insurance plan.
Next Steps
After your initial session, we will begin nutrition education based on your previous knowledge and start setting small, measurable goals. We will begin with weekly or bi-weekly sessions based on your needs.
What to Expect
A judgement-free zone, an empathetic and knowledgeable provider, and the creation of lasting changes. Many report more energy, better mood, and decreased cravings after just a few short sessions. And yes, you can still eat your favorite foods!
Beyond the Last Session
You can expect to leave with a higher nutritional IQ; healthy and sustainable habits that will help promote better health outcomes, healthy weight, and a better relationship with food; support from me beyond sessions. I genuinely care about my patients and clients and will always be available for questions or check-ins long after our last appointment.
